SCHOOL FRUIT TREES

On July 18, 2019, at Joy Secondary School, SLSGC volunteers engaged with pupils in planting fruit trees, promoting a dual solution to combat food insecurity and address climate change. This initiative not only promotes access to fresh, nutritious food for school children but also contributes to carbon sequestration and preventing soil erosion.
